The POFC has created a neighborhood watch program for our community. The neighborhood watch is a vital component to the safety of our community. We need as much co-owner assitance as possible. To become a block captain, please contact the board. The responsibilities of a block captain are very simple. You simply agree to notify the police or the board immediately if you see something suspicious. That's all you have to do.

Sgt. Gajeski informs us that the City has switched from the current “Silent Partner” crime alert system to the “Nixle” system. Click on the link to the right to be taken to the Canton Public Safety website to sign up. We encourage everyone to sign up on the Nixle system to ensure you are receiving the latest updates.
Keep your keys near your bed at night. If you hear a noise outside your home or someone trying to break in, simply press the red “panic” button on your car’s key fob. The horn will continue to sound until you shut it off or the car battery dies. Carry your keys with you in parking lots or structures, even if you have keyless entry. It’s a portable security alarm system you probably already own and requires no installation.
This continues to be a problem within our complex.  With the warm weather, more of us will be out and about.  Be considerate of the children of the POFC and your neighbors.  Please obey the posted 15 MPH speed limit!
